Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from our registered place of business at 1st Floor, 4-229, Venkateswara Nagar, Near Sri Musalamma Talli Amma Vari Aalayam, Indira Palem, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh 533006, India.

Dispatch timeline

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery timeline

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
• Remote pin codes may take up to 10 business days.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery pin code. Cash on Delivery orders may attract an additional handling fee shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking link over WhatsApp / email using the contact details you provided at checkout.

Undelivered / RTO orders

If a shipment is returned to us undelivered (wrong address, unreachable customer, refusal to accept), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
